1. Overview
At Monning we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and obligations when returning items purchased through our website.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you may submit your withdrawal request directly through the Withdrawal Form, or notify us by email at info@monning.it before the withdrawal period expires. You will receive an automatic confirmation upon submission.
3. Conditions of Return
Returned products must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

With all original tags and packaging intact.

Shipped back to us within 14 days after notifying withdrawal.
We may refuse refunds if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or if essential packaging elements are missing.
4. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

Gift cards or digital vouchers.

Items purchased on final sale or marked as “non-returnable.”
5. Exchanges
Subject to availability, we may offer an exchange for a different size or color. Exchanges are treated as a new order once the returned item is received and approved.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error in your order.
7. Return Shipping Costs

Within Italy: return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Within the EU: return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Outside the EU: you are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and import fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@monning.it. In such cases, Monning will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
