  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed.

  • During peak periods, such as collection launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery. Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:

  • Italy: 1-3 business days

  • European Union: 3-5 business days

  • International (outside EU): 5-8 business days

These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the weight of the order.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

5. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Monning cannot estimate these costs in advance. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at info@monning.it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

9. Pre-Orders & Special Releases
From time to time, Monning may offer pre-order items. Shipping timelines for pre-orders will be clearly stated on the product page. By purchasing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these extended timelines.
