3. Products and Availability
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors, fit and details may vary slightly depending on your device or production processes. All items are subject to availability. We may limit the number of products per order.

4. Orders and Payments
Placing an order represents an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only once payment is received and accepted. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and other secure methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure gateways.

5. Prices, Taxes and Customs
All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout. For orders outside the EU, import duties or customs charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods. If delivery is made to a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier), risk passes at the time of delivery to that third party. Any visible damage must be reported to the carrier upon delivery and to us at info@monning.it within 48 hours.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us at info@monning.it before the withdrawal period expires.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the returned items.
